Midwest Select

Competitive Teams for the Intermediate to Advanced Players

Lakeshore’s Midwest Select Travel program is for players looking to further develop their skills, play competitively and travel to tournaments in the Midwest. The emphasis is on helping the player learn proper positioning and game play decision making in practice, as well as during tournament play to make them better teammates and individual play makers.

Dates will vary per team, this is a general time frame for each season.

Fee: $40

BRING: Stick, mouth guard, goggles, cleats/running shoes and water



Team Practices

2x per week

Players advance their individual stick skills, develop team work, master game concepts and have fun while working with the best coaches around—they all played collegiate-level lacrosse, some are certified officials and many are coaches of high school varsity teams. 2024 details coming soon.

 

Games

In- and out-of-state tournaments

Teams participate in tournament play on select weekends where they put into action the strategies emphasized on during the team practice.

Skill Sessions

Skill Sessions are a great opportunity for experienced to focus on the continued development of their stick skills. Groups are divided based on age and skill level. Experienced players participate in high level drills as they fine tune their techniques.
