SPRING LAKESHORE REC 2026

Our Lakeshore Rec program provides an opportunity for new, beginner & intermediate level players to learn and develop lacrosse skills in a team setting. Players learn fundamental skills, rules, and team concepts and then play in house-league games. The goal of gameplay is to provide a setting to rep skills and concepts learned in practice during a live play.

Our Spring Rec program offers teams that practice out of 2 locations - Chicago & Northbrook!

ALL TEAMS:
Practice 1x / week & House-league 1x /week
