Lakeshore Stars programs run year round to provide options for players to work on their individual skills and build confidence in fundamentals. Sessions are 1.5 hours each and usually run over a 3 week or 5 week period. Our summer training is run out of Oak Brook, Chicago, Northbrook and Plainfield. We do also have a couple of spring locations running!
We strongly encourage players to participate in our Lakeshore Rec program during the spring season which provides a team environment to not only develop skills but also get game experience, understand live play concepts and translate practice to real game scenarios. For this reason, we have limited spring training options.
