Lindsay Baer is a Philly native who currently is our. Director of Beginner & Intermediate Training as well as heads our Midwest Select program at Lakeshore. Baer played competitive high school lacrosse and went on to play Division 1 at Old Dominion University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She graduated in May 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a minor in Business Analytics.

During her time in Chicago, Lindsay has had tremendous impact on growing the game of lacrosse outside of her full-time role with Lakeshore with High School coaching roles including the assistant lacrosse coach at Montini Catholic, Head Coach for Hersey High School and Head Coach for Benet Academy (present). Additionally, she is on the Associate Board for OWLS Lacrosse.
