Lakeshore Premier teams are led by high-level coaches who match our players’ passion, dedication, and drive to excel. We believe success starts at the top, which is why we are highly selective in the coaches we bring into our program. Each coach is committed to developing athletes in a competitive, disciplined, and supportive environment.
Our curriculums emphasize fundamental skills with attention to detail in correcting proper mechanics, footwork and concepts, especially at the youth levels.. These skills will become the building blocks to excel as they grow, develop and gain greater understanding of game scenarios / lax IQ and team concepts.

Lakeshore Premier teams compete in top local and national tournaments, gaining invaluable experience against the strongest competition in the country. This exposure, combined with our commitment to player development, maximizes opportunities for recruitment at the collegiate level.
Our recruiting support begins at the youth level where we emphasize proper mechanics and teach critical skills like accountability, attention to detail, mental toughness, teamwork and communication. This foundation lays the ground work for players to excel as they look to play in high school and beyond.
Throughout the recruiting process, we ensure that our teams have the best opportunities to be recognized by recruiters and coaches, with strategic tournament scheduling and placement to maximize exposure. Additionally, with over 20 years in the lacrosse industry, Lakeshore CEO Amanda and Recruiting Specialist Michelle have impactful connections to the college lacrosse landscape. Our Lakeshore alumni continue to excel at the collegiate level with over 175 college commits.
