Lakeshore Interval Training (LIT)
ABOUT LIT
LIT is a high school–only, high-intensity training program designed for players looking to elevate their overall skills, field awareness, and athleticism in a small-group setting.
Each session includes 60 minutes of focused work on footwork, agility, and position-specific skills, followed by 30 minutes of competitive live play. This format reinforces rules, positioning, and game strategy through real-time, on-field coaching. Structured similarly to our STARS program, LIT serves as the next step in player development for those ready to train and compete at a higher level.
LIT runs during the off-seasons (fall, winter, and summer), giving players the opportunity to stay sharp, continue improving, and be fully prepared for the high school lacrosse & summer club seasons.
