Open to college-bound female lacrosse players (or those on that path), CommitLax prepares players for the physical, mental and athletic demands it takes to excel at the collegiate level. Sessions combine ACL prevention, speed & agility, conditioning, lacrosse skills, drills and live play to mimic the pace, intensity and format of college level practices.

Players who need a push to complete their college summer workout packets
High School players who are committed or hoping to be committed to play collegiate lacrosse
Players who want to play/ train with Chicagoland’s best committed & current college players
Rising Sophomores in high school through current college players
CURRICULUM
The Commitlax curriculum is developed each summer to be geared towards the participant pool with components pulled from current college summer workout packets. Each session includes an hour of ACL prevention, Speed and Agility, Conditioning and an hour of lacrosse skills, drills and live play.
