Geared for Attackers, Middies and Goalies, The X provides position-specific training for players ready to accelerate development and be the best. Sessions are led by Lakeshores top coaches + a college guest coach to offer elite, experienced instruction. Additionally, sessions are capped to 30 players total to ensure lots of coaching touchpoints and feedback are given throughout.

SHOOTING POWER & ACCURACY
Take your shooting up a notch! We will break down your mechanics, improve your accuracy and make you a more consistent, lethal shooter. From power shots to faking and finishing in tight spaces, you will get plenty of reps to build confidence in old and new skills.
GOALIES
FOOTWORK / SPEEDWORK
Sessions will offer warm up drills to help improve footwork, hand speed and reaction time.
CONSISTENCY
This unique setting allows goalies will see hundreds of reps from high level players in order to practice technique, get feedback, and build confidence while improving save consistency.
