More than 20 hand-picked college coaches are scheduled to attend again this year including D1 programs such as Navy, Richmond, Oregon and Denver, as well as new program San Diego State.  Sand Storm has been embraced by college coaches, particularly those in the West.  “Sand Storm is a spectacular event since the facilities are fantastic and the weather is simply beautiful.  It's a great tournament that opens the eyes of future lacrosse players to a whole new world on the West Coast and gives coaches out here a great opportunity to scout players in a high-level setting,” said Jen Larsen Beck of Oregon, who has personally attended the event since its inception.
